New leasing inquiries and negotiations or Tenant questions concerning your existing lease agreement should be directed to our Lease Manager.
Building issues or questions concerning the condition of the shopping center should be directed to our Facilities Manager. In an emergency situation, if Ron is not readily available, please feel free to communicate with our operator who will expedite service.
Questions of an accounting nature are handled by our Accounting Manager, which would include payments by Tenants, payments to subcontractors, and banking and accounting issues. (Please direct Tenant invoicing questions to our Operations Manager.)
